About me

Hi, I’m Minnie.
I’ve been living a vegan lifestyle since January 2020.

My journey began after watching the Netflix documentary "What the Health". What started as simple curiosity quickly turned into something deeper—especially the parts about animal welfare. It stayed with me, and almost overnight, I chose to go vegan.

Like many people at the beginning, I felt a little lost. I didn’t know what to eat or how to make plant-based meals feel easy, nourishing, and satisfying. That initial uncertainty slowly became a period of learning—about vegan nutrition, plant-based cooking, and how to build meals that actually fit into everyday life.

Coming from an Indian background, food has always been deeply personal for me. I wanted to create recipes that felt familiar, comforting, and realistic—meals that didn’t require perfection or complicated ingredients. That’s how Foodotomic came to life: a space for simple vegan recipes, including Indian and fusion dishes, created especially for beginners.

Today, my focus is on sharing gentle, practical resources—recipe videos, beginner-friendly guides, and protein-focused tools—to help make a plant-based lifestyle feel sustainable, nourishing, and approachable.
